Appointments

Our normal hours are 9 am – 5 pm, but we can accommodate earlier or later appointments on request.

If you have a referral to see a physical therapist, or to see Pam specifically, please call the clinic to set up an appointment. Physical therapy is available without a referral for 30 days. It is recommended that patients check with their insurance to see if a referral is required for reimbursement.

For your first visit you should come about 5-10 minutes early to fill out some once-a-year paperwork. If you are on Medicare, Medicaid, Wyoming Workers Compensation, or Tricare make sure you have the proper cards or numbers for billing.
