Billing Information

We gladly accept all major private and governmental insurance companies and bill for you in a timely manner.

Your eligibility depends on your coverage, please call your insurance company to make sure that physical therapy will be covered. We will be glad to work with you and your insurance company to get pre-authorization or an exception to see Pamela Mills, Physical Therapist, as she is the ONLY women's health certified physical therapist in Wyoming. Deductible and co-payments apply according to your coverage, and you are responsible for the amount of the bill that insurance does not cover. We will gladly work out payment plans if needed.
